Movie Games Support is here to hear you! Submit a ticket with a bug report or a suggestion regarding any chosen game from our library. Your report will go directly to our internal team for review. You will receive a response when the support team needs more info or can provide a solution to your problem.

Technical - This nasty bug is preventing you from launching the game or it unexpectedly crashes on you. We can’t have that.

Performance - The game suddenly runs slower than expected or generally underperforms preventing you from enjoying it properly.

Localization - For both factual errors when we get a name or context wrong but also when localised text is not displayed properly: it overruns borders, gets truncated, cut-off, or otherwise illegible or difficult to read

Gameplay - The game does not play right. Please describe what’s bugging you. If this happens in a specific place in game or on specific save file, consider attaching it in with the report!

Achievements / Stats - You worked hard but this one achievement or stat did not update like you expected it to.

Audio - Something doesn’t sound right and you want to tell us exactly what it is!

Graphics - Something looks fishy. Point us in the right direction and we will look into it.

Other - Sometimes there is this bug that is hard to categorise. That’s fine, try to describe it in detail.

In order to resolve an issue we need to reproduce it. They say a picture is worth 1000 words. And video… you get the idea. Most helpful are videos that start before the issue occurs so we better understand how it happens. Depending on issue type, save files and crash logs can be extra helpful in investigation!
