Crash Report Policy

This crash reports policy („Policy”) outlines the terms of processing personal data collected via the error reporting software in the game titled Drug Dealer Simulator 2 („DDS 2”) published by Movie Games Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warszawa.
The informational obligation under this Policy results from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC („GDPR”).

1. Purpose and scope of personal data collection, legal basis and data processing duration

We process your personal data in the form of your IP address and the technical specifications of the computer you use to play Drug Dealer Simulator 2, for the purpose of verifying reported errors in DDS 2 and, if necessary, fixing
DDS 2.
The legal basis for processing data is our legitimate interest (article 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR).
The data will be retained for as long as necessary to verify the reported errors and to fix DDS 2 if necessary, unless the Data Controller demonstrates the existence of important legally justified grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the grounds for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

2. Sources of data

We collect data directly from you through the error reporting software within DDS 2.

3. Recipients of data

Personal data may be shared with employees, collaborators, contractors and subcontractors of the Data Controller involved in verifying the reported errors in DDS 2 and fixing DDS 2, as well as with entities that help the Data Controller maintain its IT infrastructure.
Additionally, the data is transferred to servers of BugSplat, LLC, based in Boulder, Colorado (USA) – the entity that owns the error reporting software used in DDS 2.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights:
  1. the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing,
  2. the right to request the immediate deletion of your personal data, and in this case, the Data Controller must promptly delete your data if any of the following circumstances apply:

  • the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed in another way,
  • the data subject has withdrawn consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for processing,
  • the data subject has raised an effective objection to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing,
  • the personal data has been processed unlawfully,
  • the personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation.

5. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your personal data is voluntary.
Failure to provide your personal data may prevent us from identifying errors in DDS 2 and fixing DDS 2 if necessary.

6. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

Your data is transferred to the servers of BugSplat, LLC, based in Boulder, Colorado (USA) – the entity that owns the error reporting software used in DDS 2. Information on data processing by this entity can be found at:
Apart from the above case, data is not transferred to other third countries or international organizations.

7. Automated decision making, including profiling

Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
